Robert Glenn Ketchum & Eliot Porter: On Seeing Color - The Booth Museum

Robert Glenn Ketchum & Eliot Porter:   On Seeing Color - The Booth Museum
March 7 – July 26, 2020

This exhibition explores Porter’s influence on Ketchum’s photographic career. Porter’s photographs on-loan from the Amon Carter Museum and were personally selected by Ketchum to highlight how the two photographers approached the American landscape and its vivid colors. This exhibition also explores the technical challenges both artists faced in bringing their colorful photographs to life, offering a teaching moment on the emergence of color photography as a medium.
